| Vintage Necklace found in the collections of both Apple's Haberdashery and Carole Tanenbaum |
In April, I wrote a post entitled "Great Minds Collect Alike" and it seems that the vintage provider for the First Lady Of The United States, Mrs. Michelle Obama and I share a similar aesthetic when assembling our collections. A branch-like goldtone ring with a turquoise colored cabochon was featured in Apple's Haberdashery's Holiday 2010 collection and, as difficult as it is, Carole Tanenbaum Vintage Collection carries the exact same ring. Even more interesting is that this necklace (featured in Apple's Haberdashery's Fall 2010 Catalog) is also available in Ms. Tanenbaum's collection of rare pieces. Go figure.
